Dear Buffy,

It has been eons ... forgive me for the time it has taken for me to pen you an email.

Just really wanted to say thank you for all the effort you put into getting my house sold against all odds and ridiculous time constraints.

Your professionalism, expertise, advice (that I ignored regretfully) was top class.

Even though at times we probably wanted to cause grievous bodily harm we still managed to get through it with a laugh and I am pretty sure I would not have achieved the result we did without your die hard ways.

Thanks Buffy - you are a gem.

PS.  Loving the UK and have no regrets ... well none that I can remember (at my age your short-term memory is not always the most reliable ha ha)
