Dear Gerrard, I would like to take a minute to thank you profusely for all your hard work and efforts in assisting my family with finding our dream home.

I know I was not an easy client to satisfy as my needs were difficult to match or find, yet you made numerous of appointments for viewing with a smile on your face and kept telling me that you will find my dream home.

There was no lie in that statement...

Thank you Gerrard for all your advice, time and effort that you put into this exercise.

When you told me that you found "MY DREAM HOME" I instantly got excited as I knew you meant it because you knew what I was looking for and made and effort to get to know us and know our needs.

I would also like to thank Robyn who is a gem too. She is very easy to communicate with and really assisted me with finalizing the sale and really negotiated on my behalf.
